Our experts are South Dakotans. They have diverse experiences and proven expertise in the nonprofit, for-profit, and government sectors.
We vet our SoDak Specialists for experience and reputation and ensure they meet a high standard of client satisfaction. Each expert brings subject matter expertise and a minimum 5 years of experience in one or more Focus Areas including Consulting, Speaking, Professional Development and/or Coaching.

If there is not a SoDak Specialist best fit to meet your needs, we will do our best to offer your organization with other referrals or recommendations.
Each expert determines their own fee structure. However, each expert agrees to uphold fees that are at, or below, industry standard fees. Our $ icons ($, $$, or $$$) indicate a general price range.
*Contracts spanning multiple days may be bid by project. Prices vary depending on the complexity and type of service requested.
***Mileage and accommodation are usually added to contracts and are the responsibility of the agency who is contracting with the expert to provide.
The SoDak Operating Board will typically invite persons to become Collective Specialists. If you are interested or would like to nominate someone, please contact us at info@sodakcollective.com. Our decision to accept an applicant may be influenced by factors including the desire to maintain a Collective with diverse subject matter expertise, geographical representation, and identifies.
Application requirements include providing client testimony and demonstrating a minimum 5 years of experience within our Focus Areas of Consulting, Speaking, Professional Development and/or Coaching.
